Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are calling it quits. 

On Wednesday, Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria filed for divorce in court in Los Angeles from husband Tony Parker after three years of marriage.

Yesterday news broke that the duo was about to end their relationship but it was quickly denied by the star. But earlier today the Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed that Eva Longoria had started the process.

According to reports Eva cited “irreconcilable differences” in the court documents as the reason for their split.

Longoria, 35, and Parker, 28, had signed a prenuptial agreement a month before their marriage but with reports flying left and right about the fact that the athlete was cheating with Brent Barry’s Wife, Erin Barry expect the actress to expose her soon to be former husband’s cheating ways.

Eva Longoria had often said that she wanted “at least three children” with her basketball player husband. Last summer, the couple was pictured having fun on a romantic cruise on the Adriatic despite the countless rumors that were circulating about Tony’s infidelities.
